Heather Badal
Founder, Owner, Proficient in Spanish
Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Heather Badal is the visionary behind Flawless Med Spa & Wellness. Heather is married to her high school sweetheart and business partner, John Badal. Heather studied Art History at Boston University and obtained an MBA in International Business at Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. She returned to New Mexico to work at Intel Corporation, where she developed their first Supplier Diversity program. After 10 years at Intel, Heather left and turned her focus to her family. While raising her children Rhythm and Trinity, Heather started working with John to grow their family business. In 2011, she ventured out on her own and started Flawless Med Spa in Albuquerque. Heather loves gardening, sound bath meditation, kundalini yoga, and listening to live music. In 2019, she produced the documentary Stopping Traffic: The Movement to End Sex Trafficking. A philanthropist at heart, Heather has served on multiple boards including the International Friends of the Prado, Stopping Traffic, the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Albuquerque Museum, and the Lovelace Women’s Hospital.
John Badal
President, Owner
Before Flawless Med Spa, John founded Southwest Lithotripsy Therapies. SWLT purchased expensive medical equipment and made it mobile, servicing patients across the state who wouldn't normally have access to high-grade medical technology. SWLT expanded into Colorado, Arizona, Texas, and Nevada and eventually merged with the Texas-based company Healthtronics. John joined Flawless as president in 2022 to help guide its expansion. A University of New Mexico graduate, John loves history and dogs. He has been part of a St. Bernard Animal Rescue for over 30 years. John is an active athlete who enjoys triathlons, cycling, and skiing.
Jason
On-Site Medical Director. Sexual Health & Wellness, Advanced Aesthetic Injector
Jason has been a nurse for 5 years and most recently worked as a Flight Nurse in New Mexico. He has been on the front line of helping people and saving lives during the COVID pandemic. Jason is dedicated to nursing and is currently pursuing his Nurse Practitioner degree with a specialty in Dermatology. Jason loves to travel and has plans to go to Greece once we can travel outside the country. A fun fact about Jason: he has THE most incredible sneaker collection at the spa!
Rhythm
Director of Operations
With a background in economics, art and training, Rhythm is responsible for helping the team onboard new systems and maximize efficiencies. She wears many hats at Flawless but primarily focuses on financial reports, memberships, new services and marketing. When Rhythm isn’t at Flawless, you will find her in the kitchen preparing an incredible meal with only a handful of ingredients or working in her art studio.
Cathy
Community Engagement and Body Sculpting
Cathy grew up in Chama, New Mexico but spread her wings and has lived all over the world with her family. Cathy returned to Albuquerque after living in Dubai in 2009 and is a health advocate. Cathy is a fitness instructor and has multiple certifications ranging from Body Barre, Spin, Yoga & Weight loss. Cathy is one of our CoolSculpting® Elite experts and has a personality that will make you smile.
Robin
Controller
Robin is an artist trapped in an accountant's body. She has the ability to use both sides of her brain which has made her a critical part of the leadership team. She manages our Memberships, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Robin loves her family and keeping up with the latest board games.
Alex
Advanced Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician
Alex is a native of Albuquerque and our expert aesthetician specializing in chemical peels, microblading & CoolSculpting® Elite. Alex joined our Flawless team in 2019 after having lived in Colorado for a couple of years. Alex is a makeup artist who specializes in weddings. When Alex isn’t at Flawless, she is the mother to two “fur babies” and loves to travel. If you want to see some amazing tattoos, be sure to check out her arms!
Isabel
Aesthetic Injector and Clinical Laser Nurse, RN
I enjoy working with people and helping them reach their wellness goals. I am an RN, but I also have my Bachelor's in Exercise Science and have been a personal trainer for over 10 years. I have nursing experience in Orthopedics and Aesthetics and have aspirations to get my Nurse Practitioner’s License. I am passionate about animals, especially dogs! My three fur babies are my pride and joy.
Jackie
Advanced Injector & Clinical Laser Nurse, Fluent in Spanish
Don’t be surprised if you turn on your TV and you see Jackie on Survivor Island! Not only is Jackie an amazing ER nurse, she is also an avid lover of nature and hunting. Jackie is quick on her feet and steady with a needle. Married to her High School sweetheart, she is the proud mama of a sweet little boy and German Shepherd.
Sherrie
Advanced Injector & Clinical Laser Nurse
Born and raised in Albuquerque, Sherri has been a nurse for 5 years. During that time, she has worked almost exclusively in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit. “I love working with babies and their families, it can be such a vulnerable time for these parents. I find the work extremely gratifying.” Sherri, like many of us at Flawless, met the love of her life in high school. Sherri is extremely family oriented and likes to be at home when she has downtime. Fun fact about Sherri – She has THE longest hair at the Spa.
Kendall
Patient Care Specialist and Aesthetician
Kendall was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico but moved away while her husband served in the United States Coast Guard. Yes! She had a few months living by the ocean! After graduating with her Marketing degree from Arizona State University, she moved back home to be with family. Kendall eventually decided to pursue a career in Esthetics and Permanent Makeup and is now headed back to becoming a Registered Nurse. Kendall is passionate about skin and one of her guilty pleasures as a little girl was to sneak into her mom’s Avon makeup and lip glosses. Kendall loves beauty, skin, and people. When Kendall isn’t helping others feel their very best both inside and out, you will find her reading a good book or binge-watching a TV show with her husband.
Elizabeth
Patient Care Specialist
Elizabeth is one of the first faces you will see when you step into our westside location. Elizabeth has more than 12 years of customer service experience and is fluent in Spanish. Growing up in the Santa Fe country-side, Elizabeth loves spending time with horses and when she isn’t outside, you’ll find her running after her 3 young boys. Elizabeth is an expert on Skin Care and assists our Spanish speaking patients with understanding forms and instructions.
Gabriella
Patient Care Coordinator
Gabriella is the voice of Flawless Med Spa. When you call to schedule your appointment, chances are you will be talking to Gabriella, Gabriella is a NM native who is studying to be a Medical Assistant and she is one of the many people who help make the spa function and run.

Cinthia
Coolsculpting Elite Technician, Fluent in Spanish
Although Cinthia joined Flawless in 2022 as a Coolsculpting Specialist, she has been coming to Flawless since it opened in 2011. Flawless’ commitment to health and fitness makes this practice the perfect environment for her. Fluent in Spanish, Cinthia has an entrepreneurial spirit and loves to travel.
