Jason is an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a decade of nursing expertise and more than five years dedicated to the medical aesthetics industry. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to patient care—where compassion, skill, and leadership made a meaningful impact on the lives of countless patients. As the On-Site Medical Director, Jason specializes in sexual health and wellness and is recognized as an Advanced Aesthetic Injector. His clinical precision, comprehensive knowledge, and patient-centered approach have earned him a reputation for excellence. In 2025, Jason achieved CANS certification, further solidifying his dedication to advancing his expertise in aesthetic medicine.
My Story
Albuquerque, New Mexico is where I have called home for the majority of my life. I recently married an incredible man, TJ Rivera, and we are extremely excited to be embarking on building a custom home along the Bosque. As a newly married man I have had the pleasure of growing my family unit to include my stepson, two Sphynx cats, and my elderly Belgian Malinois. As a family we love to travel and explore new landscapes and cultures. I look forward to all this journey has to offer.
My Favorite Part of My Job
Confidence, self-esteem, and the ability for my patients to walk in a room with their head held high is what I love about my job. I strive to utilize the modalities at Flawless Medspa to create natural, refreshed looks that empower my patients to express the confidence they feel within.

As a CANS certified registered nurse with a foundation in the fast-paced world of emergency medicine, Jackie has built her career on compassion, precision, and a commitment to helping others feel their very best. After several years in the emergency department, she discovered her passion for the aesthetics environment, where she can blend her clinical expertise with her love for helping people become the best versions of themselves, inside and out.

Beyond my work, I am a devoted mommy and wife. The outdoors is my happy place, whether I'm fishing, hunting, or exploring new places through travel. Music fuels my soul, and I bring that same energy and passion into everything I do.

Isabel Garcia, BSN, RN, is an aesthetic nurse with a deep passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico and began her career as an Orthopedic Nurse at Presbyterian Hospital. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice – Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP-FNP) degree, fulfilling a dream she has had since she was seven years old. Before nursing, Isabel spent more than a decade as a certified personal trainer and physical therapy technician, grounded in her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. This foundation shaped her holistic and patient-centered approach, caring for the whole person, not just the concern that brings them in.
My Story
My path to aesthetics began long before I ever picked up a syringe. I grew up wanting to be a healthcare provider, and that calling only grew stronger as I experienced my own struggles with severe acne. At one point, I had more acne on my face than clear skin. The breakouts, the scarring, and the insecurity took a toll on how I saw myself. I know exactly what it feels like to avoid mirrors, to hide in photos, and to wonder if your skin will ever feel like “you” again. Outside of aesthetics, I find joy in running the Disneyland and Disney World marathon races with my husband and friends, and I’ll happily stop anything to love on an animal—especially dogs, whom I believe are angels on earth.
My Favorite Part of My Job
My favorite part of being an aesthetic nurse is witnessing the moment someone sees themselves through a kinder, more confident lens. Being able to help someone regain confidence they thought they lost is the greatest privilege of my job. As I continue my journey toward becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to expand my work into hormone replacement therapy, supporting women through the transition of menopause with dignity, education, and compassionate care.

I’m a born-and-raised New Mexican who loves tattoos, red chile, cooking real New Mexico food, and collecting turquoise and silver jewelry or cowboy boots. With three sisters, two nieces, and four nephews, family is everything to me. When I’m not treating clients or studying, you’ll find me at the gym or exploring new coffee shops and restaurants.

Kiana is a dedicated skincare professional whose passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin guides everything she does. With a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of New Mexico, Kiana blends business insight with an intuitive understanding of people—skills that have seamlessly supported her journey into the world of esthetics. She received her aesthetician license from Paul Mitchell of Albuquerque and is now an acne specialist. Kiana is committed to empowering clients through education-driven skincare and personalized treatment plans. She is currently working toward her laser certification, further expanding her ability to deliver advanced, results-focused services.
My Story
Outside the treatment room, you’ll find me traveling to random destinations with my fiancé, reading books I swear I didn’t buy on impulse, hiking and pretending I’m the main character in a nature documentary, or caring for my zoo of animals that include fur babies and exotics. Basically, our home is National Geographic meets cuddle pile.

My favorite part of my job and being a part of the Flawless team is connecting with my clients and truly making a difference in their skin and their confidence. My love for skincare and the aesthetic world is deeply personal. Having struggled with acne and skin confidence throughout my teen years and into adulthood, I know firsthand how emotionally challenging skin concerns can be. That experience fuels my mission to help others overcome insecurity, understand their skin, and finally feel at home in it. Cathy Carrillo

Cathy Carrillo is the Body Sculpting, Consultation & Community Engagement Specialist at Flawless Med Spa with over 6 years of experience in the Med Spa industry. Specializing in body sculpting with CoolSculpting Elite, Cathy completed CoolSculpting University Master’s Level Training, is the primary CoolSculpting provider at Flawless, and has successfully treated patients with more than 2,000 CoolSculpting treatments. Cathy holds a BSc in Psychology, has completed graduate studies in Clinical Psychology, was a group fitness instructor for 17 years, and is a certified personal trainer. She is passionate about helping others and working with them to achieve their goals.
My Story
Since I was a child, I have always wanted to help others and travel the world. Luckily, I’ve been able to do both. After my undergraduate studies, I left New Mexico for nearly 20 years, living in several areas of the U.S., followed by nine years internationally. During my travels, I continued my studies in psychology, developed a passion for fitness, and satisfied my wanderlust. Some of my favorite moments include sharing a camel ride in front of the Great Pyramid with my oldest son and watching the joy on my youngest son’s face while seeing incredible animals on an African safari. Now I get to share those stories and memories with my grandchildren.

Heather Badal
Founder & Alpha Partner, Proficient in Spanish
Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Heather Badal is the visionary behind Flawless Med Spa & Wellness. Heather is married to her high school sweetheart and business partner, John Badal. Heather studied Art History at Boston University and obtained an MBA in International Business at Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. She returned to New Mexico to work at Intel Corporation, where she developed their first Supplier Diversity program. After 10 years at Intel, Heather left and turned her focus to her family. While raising her children Rhythm and Trinity, Heather started working with John to grow their family business. In 2011, she ventured out on her own and started Flawless Med Spa in Albuquerque. Heather loves gardening, sound bath meditation, kundalini yoga, and listening to live music. In 2019, she produced the documentary Stopping Traffic: The Movement to End Sex Trafficking. A philanthropist at heart, Heather has served on multiple boards including the International Friends of the Prado, Stopping Traffic, the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Albuquerque Museum, and the Lovelace Women’s Hospital.
Haley Rizek

Haley Rizek is an eighth-generation New Mexican with a background in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania and Business Management from Duke University. After a brief professional track career, she discovered her passion for wellness and operational excellence. At Flawless, she blends her strengths in business and patient experience to build systems, training, and protocols that support both the team and the community she loves. Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her family, challenging herself (and others) in the gym, as well as taking her dog Modelo on walks in his stroller.
My Story
As an eighth-generation New Mexican, I’ve always felt a deep responsibility to give back to the community that raised me. After studying Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Pennsylvania, Business Management at Duke University, and pursuing a brief professional track and field career, I ultimately fell in love with the wellness space and the science of helping people feel their best. When I moved back home to New Mexico, the stars aligned and I was fortunate to join the incredible team at Flawless. I immediately felt at home. At Flawless, I get to blend my interests in business, operational efficiency, and wellness to build protocols, training programs, and experiences that make both our patients and our team feel supported and cared for.
