Vollure – Lower Face Rejuvenation
Injectable dermal fillers have been growing in popularity as a minimally invasive alternative to facial cosmetic surgery. Dermal fillers are gel-like substances injected below the surface of the skin to smooth wrinkles, plump the skin, restore volume, and create a more youthful appearance. All of the dermal fillers that we use here at Flawless contain Hyaluronic Acid. Hyaluronic Acid is a naturally occurring substance found in your skin. It has several benefits such as, retaining water to keep your skin tissues well lubricated and moist, which makes the skin look and feel supple; it can plump the skin, and can help stimulate collagen growth.
What is Vollure?
Vollure is the next generation of filler, FDA approved to correct moderate wrinkles and folds in the face, such as nasolabial folds. Vollure uses Vycross technology, which links different weights of Hyaluronic Acid molecules together in one cohesive gel resulting in effective long-lasting rejuvenation. Vollure is used mainly to treat fines lines and wrinkles in the lower face. Results with Vollure treatments can last up to 18 months.
Before & After Photos
How It Works
Today’s fillers are made of Hyaluronic Acid, a substance that is naturally found in the body. The results are almost immediate and can last up to 12-18 months. Eventually, the filler breaks down and will start to dissipate. Most people who get fillers will need to schedule at least one follow-up injection within a year to maintain results.
Where Are Fillers Injected
Your face is like a canvas and your injector is the artist. There are a variety of choices when it comes to filler. Your nurse will make a recommendation on the best options to help achieve your desired results. Here are the areas that we can treat with filler at Flawless Med Spa.
- Marionette lines – lines from the nose to the mouth (nasolabial fold)
- Lines from the mouth to the chin (melomental fold)
- Smoker / Water-Bottle Lines – fine lines above the upper lip
- Volumize the upper or lower lip
- Restore volume to cheekbones or cheeks
- Jawline definition
